Wow, this is actually really cool! I know I was supposed to wait another week to start the next section of the course, but I was really curious as to what comes next. I love how easy and simple it is to link sites. It's actually really scary though! I live in constant fear that I'll accidentally link to facebook and everyone will know the eccentric things I get up to :P For this exercise I decided to search my favourite anime, Bleach, and found this pretty cool picture. I've been obsessed since I first started watching :) This is actually the show that got me into anime in the first place. If there was one thing I would want to introduce more into the library system, it would definitely be a greater focus on anime and manga. That said, I'm definitely beyond impressed at how wide the manga section and how many animes' local librarys' now have in their collections. It just shows how multicultural and inclusive this world's becoming.

Starting a Journey
Today I'm going from knowing absolutely nothing about Learning 2.0, to jumping right into it. I'm always interested in learning new skills and have always wanted to start a blog! Better late than never.
I'm a believer in life long learning, even if it sometimes feels like I'll forever be a student. There's really nothing like grasping things for the first time, or the moment that everything that you've struggled so hard to memorise and understand suddenly clicks into place.
I basically understand technology. But I've never been one for participating, just watching and reading. I think this will be an interesting exercise, and I really have nothing to lose.
Here goes nothing :)
